Edit Site Users

 

As an administrator on the site you can edit site users and change their roles on the site.

·Select the "Admin" link in the header as shown in Figure 15

·You are taken to your company profile page

·Select "Users" as shown in Figure 16

·You will then see a list of current users signed up to the site

·Select user you wish to edit

·The following page open as shown in Figure 17

 

Options:

·"Active" = if a user is no longer employed you can deactivate the user

·"View Statements" = allow user to view agent statements

·"Portal Admin" = assign administrator role to user
