How to Find a Policy or Submission

To locate a policy or submission you must first find the insured that policy is linked to.

·Select the icon shown in Figure 4.

·You are taken to the screen shown in Figure 5.

·Enter into any field the key word needed to find your insured.  You can enter partial keywords.  For instance; enter "Sample" in the Insured Name field would list all insureds with "Sample" in their name.  You can do a partial policy number search as well. 

Note - A search will strip out special characters; so if the real name was "Sample's" and you entered "Samples", the search would still find it.

·In the example below, I entered "DRP" as a partial policy number and it found Sample & Sons as you can see in Figure 6.

·Select the insured from the results list and it will take you to their profile where you can see both open submissions, all their policies and documents for each policy published by your MGA.
